Mohammad Faisal serves as an Associate Professor in the Department of Disaster Resilience and Engineering at Patuakhali Science and Technology University (PSTU), Bangladesh. His research interests lie in disaster risk reduction, community resilience, indigenous knowledge, and climate change adaptation, focusing on addressing the urgent challenges of disaster management and sustainable development in Bangladesh. Alongside his academic pursuits, Faisal has actively participated in various administrative roles at PSTU, including serving as Assistant Provost of Sher-e-Bangla Hall, Assistant Student Advisor, and Chairman of the Department of Disaster Resilience and Engineering.
