This study will explore the contribution of the Patuakhali Science and Technology University in the Spatial and Socio-Economic Transformation of its neighborhood. 

 

Specific objectives of this research are-

i)        To explore the physical and functional integration between university (PSTU) and the host city (Dumki);

ii)      To identify the contribution of the university in the spatial and socio-economic transformation of its neighborhood; and 

iii)    To document people’s perception regarding the contribution of the Patuakhali Science and Technology University in the Spatial and Socio-Economic Transformation of its neighborhood.
