Project Description :

1.      To determine the biochemical composition analysis at chilled and frozen temperature of tuna fish samples;

2.      To detect and determine the microbiological composition of tuna fishes at chilled and frozen temperature of tuna fish; and

3.      To assess the sensory quality analysis of tuna fish samples at chilled and frozen temperature.
